Why don't a lot of homosexuals stop always blaming everything on their sexuality?

I don't understand why homosexuals don't realize that someone can dislike you without it being linked to your orientation and, that there are a great deal of hate crime hoaxes and, pseudo discrimination being broadcasted in the media. Also people usually end up believing the fabrications because they aren't aware that it's been retracted.

I will present the following stories as proof that many homos do in fact play the victim in order to garner sympathy. Homophobia is real but, just accept that being a minority can make you a bit sensitive and paranoid and on guard you can see those who are in the majority of having it out for you. Yes I admit gays are the pariah of society due to their abberation but, honestly even if gays were loved by everyone they'd still be all upset because they are abnormal and, everyone wants to blend.

Here are some stories of fake discrimination and hate crimes being associated with gays.

I'm not upset at my sexuality and I've never blamed anything on my sexual orientation.

While I rarely experience homophobia in my real life, it is a huge problem, particularly for younger gays and lesbians. I have not run into paranoia too much amongst gays and lesbians. Younger people in the bible belt know that the threat is high. Gays and lesbians over fourty in major cities in Toronto usually have found social networks that are free of homophobia, and they usually realize it. Being gay is just a variation of normal. Increasingly, people who use the word "aberation" to refer to gays and lesbians are viewed as one of the largest pariahs to normal sophisticated society, but you just cannot accept how much you really are looked down upon by so many people for talking that way.

Really? I blame everything on the vagaries of the Gods. Granted Amun-Ra adores me, but Loki thinks I'm less than wonderful. ( I believe he's a homophobe)

While it is true certainly, all too often it IS the orientation. Are there frauds, absolutely, are all those frauds done by gay men as you imply? Why no. In fact, one of your examples, the one from the extremist Right wing website "clashdaily" was actually NOTHING TO DO with the gay couple involved or their children, it was done by a radio host and his cohost as a stunt. So...exactly how is it that two straight people using gay people as a stunt in radio to increase ratings is a sign of homosexuals blaming everything on their sexuality???? Would you care to explain the reasoning there that you are using, because it isn't clear to a rational mind.

There are faked rapes too -- does that mean we should stop worrying about women being raped? Faked robberies, even fraudulent ones where the owner hopes for insurance money -- does that mean we should stop having a police force that investigates theft??? There's reasoning going on in your mind which doesn't make a lot of sense to those of us not in your mind.

Try again, with more rational thought.

Regards,

Hermes
