Is it bad if I facebook message him?

There is this guy I like, but I don't know him.
I know at first he was showing interest, but I totally ignored him (which I regret). Now, when I want to talk to him/get to know him, he is NEVER alone and I'm getting really nervous because the school year is ending (4more weeks). I'm going to lose my chance :/

Anyways, so I thought maybe I can send him a facebook friend request, then unfriend him. Then send a message like 'I'm so sorry! I don't think we know each other... I was just trying to add my friend quickly before class. My phone never cooperates with me'

Is that bad/ creepy?? Would you be creeped out if you got a message like that??
What would you change about the statement??

In my own opinion i dont think thats a great move. If you want to talk to him and dont want to lose him, you should start to make the "move" first. Cuz who knows, it might work out well. Just be confident and add him on fb, when he accepted it. Try to be sweet and thank for accepting your friend request. After that, you can try to be more comfortable and talk to him. Dont lose your chance now

Well yes it's creepy! But you know wat...it's a good private way to start up a conversation! When I saw a girl at my church (now girlfriend) I went onto Facebook and added her, yes my little sister said it was a creeper move but it is all forgotten once you to start talking! It's how I got my girlfriend also if u don't then all your doing if giving up ur chances to ever be with him. It's better to try than to not:/
P.S if u do then don't say hey wats up? go along with the creepiness hey sorry for being a creeper then ask how school is or sports! If you say wats up well that's kinda a awkward question because u could be meaning anything
