You need you keyword be present on:
1) <h1> title and mostly beginning your post's tittle with it
2) Include it on at least one <h2> subtitle in your post. Again beginning with it would be better.
3) Include it as a file name on an picture you will upload and give a describing alternative which will include the keyword also
4) Make sure that your keyword will be present before the first dot in your teaser paragraph.
5) Make also sure that you will put your keyword in the middle of your post somewhere and before ending it.

remember not to over optimize your page for 1 keyword. Use multiple keywords that mean the same thing throughout. Otherwise google will penalize you.
