Why does Google analytics only show visitors from 1 city (there are no filters on)?
We have had far more orders through our website than Google claims we have had visits during this period (Google claims 34 visits from 4 visitors, all in Littleton, Colorado - this is impossible as we have received close to a hundred orders from all over the world in this time.) I checked the filters section, and it shows that there are 5 filters - but it these filters are set to ignore traffic from our homes and offices.
I am new to this end of Google Analytics. If anyone can provide any info, it would be a huge help. Hopefully this is just a newb problem. Danke Ads |

Try creating a new report and clearing all the selections (filters) and ensure you are looking at the right date settings. That should clear it up. Then you can apply filters to remove those you don't want. The google analytics help can be good (if a bit techie)
