I forgot my email address for Microsoft live?

I made it a while ago but I know its definitely not deleted because i have a twitter account t which is still activated with that email but I cant gain access to it because I was idiotic enough to forget the email address for it.
Im fairly certain I know the password but I have no idea what the address is.
Is there any way that Microsoft would know how to retrieve it ???????????
I know its not any of the email addresses I am signed into on my I pod but I definitely signed into it before then deleted it off my iPod but I didn't delete the actual account.

If you go to settings in Twitter, you should be able to see the email address with which you signed up
