Identify Facebook group or page?

i recently opened group/page....i want to be able to like and comment on my frens posts using the group/page....some people say that i can only do that vt page...im not sure if created a group or page...in the link it says 'group',whereas at the left side of my fb its listed as page...pls help.. is it page or group? https://www.facebook.com/NoBody.Group

Groups are close circles of people that share and keep in touch on Facebook.
Pages connect with people on Facebook. Admins can post information and news feed updates to people who like their pages.
