My facebook has been compromised help!?

So I logged on to Facebook and it took me to a page where i had to look at pictures and click the names of who the people were, after it said my account was last used in Japan Tokyo. I knew my account might have been compromised,so i checked to see if anything strange was on my account. But there was nothing,I thought it was strange so i am now deleting my account. Could they have done anything to it? I didn't put my address or personal information on my wall or while messaging people.
