Why isn't Google Analytics reading my site?

Why isn't Google Analytics reading my site?
Do I have to do anything special because my site is MyBlog.MySite.com

I've done everything correctly. I'm using Wordpress CMS, so no need to add code. I just used a plugin that asked for the Google ID.

Google Analytics said the id was installed but I recieve NO Data! It's been over 48 hours and I and others HAVE visited the site since then?

Is it because i don't have a normal mysite.com site and have the extra mysite.mysite2.com format??
Also, the SAME thing is happening with Webmaster Tools

No data is showing up!
Do I have to do anything, Shirley

yes its because you dont have a normal site, but it does take 48-72 hours so I would wait
