Nokia Lumia 925 IE crashes on load up?

My windows 8 phone 's (Nokia Lumia 925) Internet Explorer and Emails crashes on load up and takes me back to my homescreen. Other apps that use an internet connection work fine where as others just crash on load up. It started during the middle watching a youtube video. I have turned it off and back on multiple times, performed a hard reset a couple times and have uninstalled the last thing i downloaded before it started crashing, and i've searched for latest updates and says there are no more. This is the 4th day of it not working. Any ideas?
My phone isn't slow or old. It's a month old and the ONLY thing that crashes is IE and my mail. Nothing else it wrong with it.

restore it to default but it will format your mobile so it will make your mobile phone much faster
