Why has my internet connection strength dropped?

Why has my internet connection strength dropped?
It happened yesterday. Two days ago it was fine, I could easily connect to the the WAP while I was in my room (1 floor above the router). But now I can only connect when I'm in the same room as the router. What happened and how to fix?

basically theres something moved in your house that is obstructing the signal, try to find out, or try changing the position of the router, see whether the antenna is ok

Try diconning from the net, wait a few mins and recon.

Maybe you'll get a diff external IP # from your ISP.

You can see that IP by googling findMyIp
