How can I comfort my friend ?

My friend is crying because she was dating my brother but she didn't know that he had another girlfriend until she looked on his Facebook page. They did everything together. They kissed they slept together they even went on a date but she never knew he had another girl who he's been with for 2 years. She's really upset and she's scared to talk to him. How can I comfort her ? Should she talk to him or should I talk to him ? He's my younger brother.
