Maybe because you have selected unstable keywords. It also depends on users mood & so it may fluctuate. However, if you are talking about ranking fluctuations, then it may be primarily due to google's methods of ranking it. If it's a new site then it may take time to get a stable ranking.

There are many reasons.
First clear your browser cookies, then search.
If you are logging in Gmail, first sign out or turn off search history in Gmail account settings.
If your website start-up website (recently started), it's possible to fluctuated frequently.
Frequently submit unique content on your website and get backlinks from the most relevant backlinks to your webpages.

Keyword Fluctuation may be of different reasons....

1. More website link building for your site.( sudden increase of link building may lead to spam your website)

2. Competitor may overcome you by doing good seo tactics(White Hat SEO)

3. Depends upon the freshness on the page. (update your site regularly. Newly updated pages get more preference on search engines)

Sometimes, if you had not delete your cookies, the results may be wrongly displayed.

Just build permanent links with good content in your site. Do some social media update daily. Surely you would get some stability in your rankings.
