Ok so, I think this boy likes me. We flirt like hug put arms around each other and link arms but he still flirts with other girls occasionally and notices pretty girls and will say if he thinks thier nice, I try to talk to him on social media but he barely replies, but then when were at college he is always talking to me?? Lastly he got quite jealous when I link arms with a different guy

OF COURSE!!! It seems like he really likes you . If you like him back then I would show signs that you like him. Then maybe he will ask you out. If he still doesn't then tell him you like him.
