wifi button not working on samsung s4?
I updated the firmware last night, and I can't click the Wifi button any longer. I have turned it on and off, done 2 factory resets, still not working.
My phone provider want to send it off for repair, as does samsung. Does anyone else have any ideas before I am without my phone for 2 weeks (I've only had it for 2 weeks).

It can be something wrong with the hardware of the device. Maybe the Wifi chip in the device malfunction.

If you still have warranty on it, you should exchange it for a new one or just get it repaired.
