I have a big Facebook addiction..???!?
Im 18 year old guy. I had a Facebook for years, but used it normally. Like i would come on maybe 1 or 2 a day quick just to respond to messages and look at some updates fast. But now idk why i get so many likes on my posts. So i come on Facebook, post a status, end up with like 15 likes and people commenting and i start getting inboxes and random friend requests and adding random girls and messing around so much and its like im on Facebook all day. Il be at the gym, and i check my Facebook after evrry set, and keep checking it whereever.

I dont want to delete my Facebook, but i just feel this past month i been glued to it. Is anyone else like this??

Not really. Just try to cut back a little more. It may help the addiction.

No. Just deactivate it, try to ignore it as much as you can. Think of something else to do instead.
