Internet slowing down? (Please Help)?

Okay so recently my Internet has slowed down a lot. Sometimes it goes normal speed but most the time it varies it will stay slow but sometimes faster and sometimes slower but never like it used to be.

In my house we have a few internet users but all of them use Wireless and only I am connected directly to Router on my Desktop. I explored the option of having a virus on my computer but when I plug my wire into the Xbox that is also slow. I heard there could be a virus in the network itself but for some reason I can't wrap my head around that. Anyway I can fix this or do something? I would call the provider but it's all under my moms name and she is kind of a control freak when it comes to everything but hates dealing with anything that is a problem.. This wouldn't be a big deal if it didn't just occur after about 2 weeks I mean my Xbox Internet slowed down months ago and has never been the same but no its effecting my Computer and that's not cool.

I have bad news for you. I had the same problem the only possible fix is for the provider to come replace the modem you cant fix it with out him, sorry.
