Is snapdeal.com trustworthy?

I hear no response from snapdeal.com for the laptop i placed as an order for more than 5 days.

contact no. provided for snapdeal keeps ringing and after 6-10mins disconnects.

NOT WORTHY AT ALL..THEY ARE BASED IN DELHI SO YOU CANNOT APPROACH THEM PERSONALLY. THEY KEEP GIVING YOU WRONG INFORMATION ABOUT THE TIMEFRAME IN WHICH THEY WILL CONTACT YOU AND THEY NEVER DO. ALL YOU CAN DO IS WAIT WHILE YOU FEEL LIKE SMASHING YOUR NEW PHONE THAT HAS A DEFECTIVE TOUCHPANEL AND AN EXTREMELY OVERHEATING BATTERY! SNAPDEAL IS SELLING FAKE/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS WHICH THEY BUY AT DIRT CHEAP RATES AND THAT HOW THEY CAN AFFORD THE FREE DELIVERY AND ALL THE 'UNBELIEVABLE' DISCOUNTS THEY OFFER! I MEAN ATLEAST FLIPKART IS REASONABLE,THEY HAVE AN EFFECTIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT SYSTEM AND DONT KEEP YOU HANGING FOR DAYS AND WEEKS!!!!!!
