The best way is to learn html or html5, but if you don't have time to learn then I would recommend yola. It gives you a free domain with the ending .yolasite. com. You can upgrade of course for something like $10 a year so it will end I n just .com
Also for Yola you don't need any programming knowledge. It has a user-friendly drag and drop interface with very neat features.

Btw if you need a logo I could make one for you for a low price

If you want a long term business, you are better off buying a domain for under 10 dollars and monthly hosing for under 5 dollars. Try godaddy.com

Webs is free with ads, with a simple to use website creator. It also gives you the option to sell products using PayPal. If you want to create a website without ads it will cost a little money. But bottom line, its easy to setup, use, and you have lots of options on viewing how many visitors etc. and can sell products as well.

You might want to read our article on website basics

I would recommend buying your own domain name and a real hosting package. Our packages start at less than $5.
