I need help Unblocking a website?

when ever I go onto this website, a red sign saying Mattel appears, really need to get it unblocked, is there anyway I can, ive tried the restricted sites thing, ive tried proxy's but the website plays videos so I cant see them, can anybody help been trying to do this for ages ?

Hotspot Shield is not the greatest option as is blocked by many sites now due to its popularity and also.
You are best off going with a premium VPN provider as this will not contain ads / spyware and will operate fast. However again the larger the company the most chance that its servers will be blocked by BBC Hulu etc so stick to a mid sized provider that also dies not overload its servers too much.
