Help removing unblock-us?

I used a program called Unblock-us and now I want to remove it. I have followed the instructions on their website on how to change dns settings back but even after restarting my computer, whenever I go on a site like netflix it redirects me back to the unblock-us website. I have posted a query on their support page but no one has got back to me.
I have windows 8.1

Try malwarebytes.

Try using regedit to remove

Worst case reinstall the OS and wipe the HD.
