How to read notes on Tumblr?
Hey, so I'm a tumblr newbie, and as I scroll down posts I see that they have notes, I'm assuming that notes are comments, however, I can never read them. For example, a post has 51 Notes, I click, but it only shows me the likes, not the notes...
How can I actually read these notes? Ads |

Notes just show who reblogged/liked it.

That's actually a good question.
On any other blogging platform, there would be comments after each post.... Tumblr permits the use of disqus to get comments, but few people bother to leave them. The comments are generally left after someone has reblogged a post... Let me see if I can find an example on one of my posts... Here's a post with comments left on the reblogged post, and comments on the original post: http://stonethegardener.tumblr.com/post/...-snakes-im I could find a post with a lot more notes and comments... http://stonethegardener.tumblr.com/post/...port-links As you see... notes refers to the number of reblogs and likes... Gotta call them something... |

Notes are short for notifications which is just how many times people have reblogged the post or liked it.
