it is a china based site but its location is in us. i went to the site then trend micro blocked it because of the probability of scam or fraud

That 2 1/2 year old site is Chinese owned (obviously), there's always greater risk dealing with such a site, you can be sure any brand names offered are fakes. It would be safer to buy Chinese made stuff from a major outlet like Amazon.
