What is the best Instagram photo editing apps?

How to get my pic looks like those? It's like each pic has a white border...

A lot of people do this on instagram but I've been trying to find out which photo editing app that can do that but still can't find it though.

I use Instagram because of it's auto editing. It has many functions like Normal, X-Pro II, Earlybird, Lomo-fi, Sutro, Toaster, Brannan, Valencia, Inkwell, Walden, Hefe, Nashville, 1977, Lord Kelvin. When i take photo, i just change option which looks best for me and then i share it in Facebook and also twitter. This apps picture quality is so good. This is my opinion to use Instagram because this varies person to person's opinion.
