Is the Vagasil ad real?
I saw an ad where they are selling wipes if you think you smell down there. Is that real? Can you stink that bad? If so you need a dr not a wipe.

Yes, it's real. I've seen them at the pharmacy. There's other brands too. Some people just naturally have a bad fish odor and some don't smell at all. It's possible it's an infection, but usually not.
