I have been using Google Adsense for over a year, the clicks show, but my earnings show $0, Why?

In the start of 2012 I created a youtube account, later that year Adsense allowed me to post ads on my videos, I loved it, I would make $5-10 a month. But later decided to quit youtube. I closed my youtube account and a month went by. I was kinda sad quitting youtube, so I decided to start a new channel, I used the same email and put in the new username. Later that month Adsense sent me an email saying I was allowed to post ads on my videos. When I clicked accept, it brought me to my old account Adsense page. After a week of watching, the clicks for my videos would show, but my earnings stayed at ZERO. It has been about 10 months with my new account, the clicks show, but I'm still at $0 earnings. This week it shows I have 170 views 28 clicks but $0 earnings. I don't understand why, since I have 25k+ views on my videos and over 100 subs. Why am I not even making any money what so ever?
