PENDING credits happens when buyers and sellers are same period on site. only when seller is a GIN person or buyer is very new, then credits are directly transferred to seller

pending for 20 days, then automatically turn to seller

but if seller not want to wait 20 days, show listia a vaild tracking code. can eat the credits from listia

if seller sent item even when winner is suspended and even have proof that they had really send items, listia can not keep the credits up too.
