my internet is suddenly really slow?
all evening, youtube videos and online tv shows haven't been buffering properly. in about five minutes, a video buffered 2 seconds. I have talktalk internet, and on the wifi box, the green light for internet is flashing whereas usually it's a steady light. it was all fine yesterday.

what's happened and how can i fix it?

Try running a security scan for your hole computer or download advanced system care it's free at download.com it makes my laptop work better all the time I run it every time I boot up.

try to reset your box and\or your computer because it sounds like ether your internet is really slow or your video card is almost full or your computer just doesn't want to play that video right now.

First you need to check it by connecting any other device to ensure if its the only internet or your system`s problem. If the other device works fine then you might need to scan your system using malware bytes or any other antivirus to look for any malware or trojan etc. But if its same with other devices as well then you might need to contact your service provider to fix this issue for you. Good Luck

If the internet light is flashing it is telling you that there is a problem as it should be on all the time.
Is your telephone working OK without noise?
If it is not it could be a problem with the `phone line as that requires two good wires to work properly and broadband sometimes only needs one, but if there is any noise then the connection will slow down due to a lower SNR ( signal to noise ratio ).
Anyway they have a help site where you can do a check yourself, ( see the note top right by the way );
