how to not get distracted while studying and without deleting facebook or etc?
I'm in year 11 and i need to revise for the exam, and i find it hard to stay focus, everytime I'm in the mood to work, i get distracted like I go on facebook and etc, sometimes I'm not even bothered to study so i just spend time on facebook. How do I stop this?

Nobody can Do it FOR You ! You Need to turn your Facebook OFF, & CONCENTRATE on Your Studies. Cuz if You DON'T, & You start Failing Stuff left & Right- THAT's gonna end up on Your Facebook TOO. And EVERY-Bodies gonna think You're an Idiot, as a Result !! :o

You have to discipline yourself that two hours a day at a specific time you will not be on the Internet and make it a no computer use time zone. That two hour time zone is where you do the things you need to do. In fact you should make this part of your everyday life. There is no quick answer because it all depends on you and no one else. You might even make a sign that you can constantly see to remind you until it all becomes natural for you to use that time. I would only tell some one to delete some thing if they could not change themselves because of it, because that is an unhealthy addiction.
