The stupid pop-up ad for IE 11?

I keep getting this ad for IE 11 and I would like to DELETE it because it is becoming irritating whenever I click on web site, the the stupid ad pops up.

If you were using Google chrome and Firefox, I would tell you download Ad blocker.
But as long as you are using internet explorer, sorry.. Idk v.v

Use ad blocker it will block ads and pop ups.

I know exactly what you are talking about and the answers you got so far are no help at all. Let me know if you find someone who actually knows how to solve the problem.
