Good Free Advertising on the Internet?
I am promoting an energy drink that burns calories.....does anyone know of the best place to advertise this on the net? I've done facebook, myspace and craigslist, but any other ideas would be awesome. Thanks!

Hi

TrafficSwarm is a really good Free Advertising site. As a traffic surf system it provides good quality targeted traffic. TrafficSwarm is unlike most traffic surf programs where there is no interaction by the viewers and people's sites just float by quickly without anyone taking any notice of them.

I get heaps of free website visits through TrafficSwarm.

Follow this link to them:

The really important thing if you want to get traffic is to learn the methods of traffic generation. I can highly recommend an e-course called "Traffic Transformer" by Mark Flavin. He tells you all you need to know. Very informative, practical and well priced for all that it offers.

All the best to you.

One idea thats difficult to get right but can have very good results for this type of product is to create some sort of amusing or clever video or online game. Release it on http://www.amazinggames.com and provide a way for people to share or pass it on. If it becomes popular that could give you a good start.

That said however, if you want to be successful with a product like an energy drink, you will need to get it into shops and get some form of distribution channel going. It's no use getting people interested in your drink it they cant find anywhere to buy it, people dont want to have to order drinks online!

Finally, does it REALLY burn calories? This sounds very advanced, if it's a product that can back up it's claims and is professionally manufactured and packaged etc you should do well. If they are claims you can't back up with scientific tests and you are making the stuff and bottling it yourself at home you could be asking for trouble!

Best of Luck.

The best free advertising is good keyword rich textual content in the title, metadata, body content, header tags, and anchor text of your site. Ensure that your pages are getting indexed and you add content regularly.
This is the best thing to do to get natural search ranking within your particular niche. Here are some articles that should help you out:

Article marketing is a great way to get exposure. Write long articles and submit them to a directory like go articles.com or ezine articles. Google picks up the articles with the most content.
