Problems signing up for star project?

So theres this game Star Project and I've been trying to sign up to play it but the Capatcha thing won't show up. When I press submit it says what Ive entered for the capatcha is wrong ever though its not even there. I tried going to support but I had the same problem there except I could see the capatcha but it says I get it wrong every time. Any one knoe if I can fix this some how
