Nothing, if nobody reports it. If someone (like a family member) contacts Facebook and is able to prove that you're really dead, then they have two options: either to delete the account, or to turn it into a memorial page. See https://www.facebook.com/help/150486848354038

i have a few friends who dies, but their facebook remains. i sometimes visit their profile. it hurts, but also nice to see them.
