Any site like Amazon but...?

I need things fast and easy. I dont have a bank account or a credit/debit card. I want to find a site that I can put money into my account and I can buy things like Amazon but I dont have the debit/credit card or bank account that is needed. Is there any site like this

Sites like Ebay accept paypal, but if you are saying that you don't have a bank account or credit card, what account is it that you want to be able to put money into? You could try buying a Visa gift card with cash, and using it like a debit card.
