My computer wont play videos in vimeo?

If i wanna watch a video that is using the vimeo player or on vimeo.com, there will be no video feed when i play the vid. The vid works and loads and i hear the video but the video is all black. I have a lenovo ideapad u400.

Try updating your internet browser to the latest version and updating Adobe flash to the latest version.

Update the browser by going to Help, then clicking about. Both Firefox and Chrome automatically update, so going here should tell you if you have the latest version. If you don't have firefox or chrome try installing one of those instead of internet explorer.
