What is the website with cartoons of exploding rats?

There is a website I used to go to when I was younger and it had small few minute long cartoons about this rat and it would almost always explode or get harmed real bad. It was not happy tree friends but kind of similar. I think the website name was joe something.com or something like that. And I remember one cartoon about the rat throwing a bowling ball into the crotch of his boss and then throwing knives at him. Thanks so much if you know I tried to get as much of the things I remember out there
