Does anyone need admins on like a teen page on facebook? Cause I really want to. Thanks.

No. And anybody taking on someone they do not know as an admin is asking for trouble, how do they know you would not mess up their site? Or adapt it to your own purposes. If you want to administer anything, start your own site.
