Is the deep web and the browser Tor really anonymous?
Like let's say the FBI wanted to find out what someone was doing on the deep web. Could they?

The US government is finding flaws in peoples computers and/or Firefox to track them. It is very difficult to exploit flaws in the way Tor works.

So NEVER use the Tor bundle (especially in Windows machines). If you want true anonymity put either Liberte Linux or TAILS on a usb drive and boot from it.

You can use a program called YUMI, it allows you to put as many Linux distros on a usb as it can hold. Then you choose which distro to boot into at start up.
