Please don't say do a search and scroll till you find your site. If there are thousands or even millions of search results, this would not be reasonable.
Fola, if you can't actually answer the question, don't bother posting.

It's true that 90% of clicks occur on page 1, but it's still useful to track the ranking process in an SEO campaign.

You could use either the free rankchecker for firefox http://www.link-assistant.com/rank-tracker/ to generate a search ranking report for the list of keywords, the latter has some other analysis functions.

These tools look through the first 10 pages of results, doing many keywords at once can get a Google timeout, switching IP or captcha entry can revive it.

The same target keyword list you should be consulting when creating content can be loaded into the rank checker.

SEOMoz.

Create an account on SEOMoz, create a campaign. On the campaign, list down your keywords. SEOMoz updates the keyword ranking on a weekly basis. It shows the correct rank for your keywords, along with some additional data like, if your keywords went up or down.

There are free tools as well as paid for this.
If you are using Firefox there are couple of addons you could use.
I use Google Chrome and there is this great extension called SEO serp.

You can do just 1 search at a time.

If you want to search for multiple keywords and rankings in different search engines and Google tlds you will have to go for a more premium tools like Rank Tracker.
