1.5 or 3.0 Internet speed from century link which is better?

Hi I have no choice at this time beside 1.5 or 3.0 speed
I like to watch lot of YouTube videos, movie etc 2 days a week the rest of the time I may not use it at all or less than 10 min! Which one should I get? And any recommendation related to Internet connection speed, company and first time fee is welcomed:-)

If by "better" you mean "faster," the 3.0 speed is twice as fast as the 1.5 speed. You will have to decide if the extra speed is worth the extra price.
