Can I hack my own instagram?

A few days ago, I tried to log into my instagram account and it said that instagram had changed my password for security reasons and that I needed to go through all of the 'forgot password' steps in order to have the password emailed to me. I did that, but the email that was set up with my account had been deleted, so I have no way of getting the email. Is there any way that I can hack into my instagram account? (I know hacking is illegal, but it's my account anyway). Please help me!
