Good tablet under 300 dollars?

really want a tablet for Christmas. My budget is $300 I want to have a camera in the front to video chat but i also want one on the back to take pictures with. I don't do much a few games, instagram, and web surfing. I want a decent sized tablet for watching videos or something but also would be taking it places so im thinking something slightly bigger than a 7 inch. Im thinking a Samsung tablet but i know nothing about technology and what tablets are good. Please let me know what tablets you think might be good.
