The blue underlined text in a web link is the anchor text, the declared subject of the link.

It's like someone saying: This site is a good place to get DIAMOND RINGS a keyword a site would like to rank for, these anchor text links can help a site's ranking for that term.

Be Ware, search engines are on the lookout for SEO Spam which violates their guidelines, in their ideal world you never make links to your own site, only other interested in your site create links. Too much use of exact keyword anchor text will raise red flags, possibly damaging your search ranking, you should only use anchor text a fraction of the time and mix up the text used, perhaps the next time it would be A DIAMOND RING DEALER.
