how can i delete my twitter account when i cant log into the account?

I made a new email and then changed my email for my twitter account. Since then i cant log into twitter it always says oops technical error. Is there any way i can delete it through my phone or i can log into my account?

Create another Twitter account (remember your password this time) scroll to the bottom, click HELP and create a new Support Ticket. Send them your "old" user name and the email you used to create the account and they will send you the activation codes from there.
