HELP? Creepy voice coming from computer?

So recently, I was on the computer and watching an episode of The World God Only Knows (ep 5) and then this f*cking creepy voice (sounded like a weird kid or something) started around the intro. I was creeped out, it blocked out the anime sound and at first I thought it was part of the anime ep or something.
I had a couple of tabs open at the time (Howrse and the anime website) btw...
Anyway way cos the voice was bothering me (it sounded really really creepy and said something about "I'm going to tell your fortune" or some sh*t like that), I paused the anime and went out of full screen. What scared the absolute daylights out of me was that the voice continued for like 5 more secs even though I had paused the anime. Then it stopped......
What the absolute hell?
Could it have been from an ad or something? I'm freaking scared right now, I was alone at home back when it happened so there was no way someone else could have talked behind me and I have never heard anyone speak like that before.

Its probably just an ad. Its happened to me a couple of times before, when I've been on a website and the ad has talking, and it just keeps on talking when I'm watching something else, etc. I wouldn't worry about it.
