i cant connect to the internet?

i have a old pc it was a HP Pavilion Media Center m8200n Desktop Computer and it was windows vista. now i got a new case and 2 more gb ram now windows 7 os i install it all then im in my desktop and look it dose not connect to the internet i made sure everything was plugged in nothing then i hit trouble shoot then it says local area connection doesnt have a valid ip configuration and i look at services and losts of them haved stoped what do i do.

If you'd have read up on installing a new operating system, you'd know you also need to download and install all the drivers for that model from the computer or hardware manufacturers website for windows 7.
