Unless you are a professional SEO with a big budget or have a big earning site, I would say Google's keyword tool is good enough, the data presumable matches Google search.

Wordtracker is good, but I think you know, at present time Google is the bigger search engine. So, I suggest that you have used the Google Adwords-Keyword Tool. This is the best.
