Marketing question regarding Competitors?
I am starting a textbook buyback business and want to advertise that I buy back for more than the local University book store. Am I legally allowed to say this? Thanks!

Sure you can say that if it's true, is 1/2 price the standard for school book stores.?

To avoid painting yourself in a corner, pricing wise, you could offer some sort of gift/bonus for selling you their books, some swag is cheap when bought 100 at a time, try searching the web for Promotional Gifts for objects that could have your business info printed on them as well.
