All of your competitors are employing SEO as well, to get anywhere on the prized first page of top 1o results takes a site that has legitimately quality content and backlinks from respected sites.
FYI increasing 2 positions on the first page of results doubles your search traffic, the #1 result gets some 34% of all search clicks. Ads |

Your website content is unique, quality and user helpful and Google trust on them as well as for your website doing PPC (Paid Per Click) work. And now social media is very strong if any content your shared by other users then continuously traffic generated your website. Otherwise buy pro packs.

Maintaining your website to be at rank #1 is a difficult task since Google is updating their algo once in a while. What your doing now might be effective today but not tomorrow. To be safe, just create unique contents in your website.

The only real way to keep your website at a #1 ranking is to be the acknowledged expert at what you do, through offering high-quality content on the site. Anything else you do is just gaming the system, which will be caught sooner or later. That's not to say that you shouldn't put proper keywords and meta tags in your pages. You should. But they should always be pertinent and relevant to the content you are publishing.

Search engine optimisation or SEO refers to the process of improving the position that your website appears at in the "organic" search results returned by sites such as Google. As a general rule, sites that appear higher up in the results will get more traffic to their pages, and so potentially more business. Your goal is to get to page one and ideally to position one, but whether that is feasible largely depends on the market that you are operating in. If you're in the mobile phone space or travel, you'll be fighting a losing battle unless you've got a sizeable budget to spend. However, if you're offering a niche product or a service in a defined geographical area, you stand a pretty good chance of at least getting to page one if you are patient and follow these basic principles. For more information, you can check the site below. good luck.
