Cant Connect to Nyaa.eu or Nyaa.se?

I've tried using both google chrome and internet explorer to connect to both of these sites and i cant connect ive cleared my cookies and cache and checked various is it down or not sites, I've also cleared my DNS cache and now i have no idea what to do since the site was working for me last night

It is working here in India. Maybe it is blocked in your country try accessing it in incognito mode. Google Chrome incognito mode-Ctrl+Shift+N. If this doesn't work you need to search for its proxy server or maybe use hotspot shield to bypass through another ip.
