Any good free website builders?

I am looking for a website builder that lets people who go on the site be able to:

1. Join the website (Register, login)
2. Read and comment on a blog (So a site that lets me create a blog)

I'd also like me to have the following features:

3. Let me be able to post news on the home page
4. Have a donation button
5. A website with a good variety of clip art and fonts etc.
6. Post images and videos from a link or my pc
